Customisation Services – If you require a specific feature customisation to be added to our core plugin then please send a specification of what you require with clear examples to [email protected] for consideration. If it is complex requiring us to spend a lot of time reading detailed documents to reach a clear specification of what is required then we will need you to buy an hour or more of presales consulting time. If it is simple then we will quote a fixed price to cover the specification clarification, development, testing and fixes. Once agreed then you can order and pay for it here. Please select sufficient units to reach the price quoted.
Quality Control – The coding will be done by a principal level developer from the WooCommerce plugin specialists WP Riders who is familiar with our code. The work will be specified and when coded then tested by us according to our standard procedures to ensure conformity with the requirements and specification.
Timescales & Acceptance – We will schedule the agreed work as soon as we receive payment. It will usually take 1-2 weeks depending on how busy we are and backlogs. We will provide a patch file to you to test and provide feedback for any fixes/amendments. If we don’t hear back within 2 weeks then it will be deemed to be accepted. You agree not to withhold acceptance for any minor issues. Once accepted any ongoing or future issues will be covered by our standard free support.
NB: Disclaimer – All customisation services are provided in good faith and once paid are non-refundable whether started or not. They are provided on a best-endeavour’s basis i.e. we don’t guarantee any “fitness-for-purpose” but will use our best professional efforts to achieve the stated objective subject to any matters that arise out of our control. Any changes to the specification will incur additional costs.
