Support requests – Go to our support portal to get immediate answers to the most common technical issues that arise.   Also check out our updates page for known issues that are being fixed. If you cannot find a solution there and still require help then open a ticket by emailing [email protected].

Presales contact – For brief presales support please email [email protected] which will also open a ticket but without the need for info on your system. For lengthy and involved presales support queries and questions that requires over 15 mins of our time or Zoom sessions please purchase an hour of our consulting time from our shop.

Phone Contact – To keep our costs and prices low we do not provide free presales or support by phone but by email only. We do offer a paid service for telephone presales should you want to discuss Xeroom with you or your team.

Updates – These are released approximately once/month via the WordPress plugin page. The latest version and release notes can be found on our updates page.

Marketing emails – We do not engage in any outbound email marketing.  NB: All unsolicited incoming marketing emails sent to us will be ignored and registered as spam with Google.
