Premium Plus Support Services

We provide unlimited (fair-use) premium plus support to two main users (usually one IT and one bookkeeper) per licence:

• 48 Hours - We prioritize tickets for this service answering them before regular support ones and aim to provide a same or next-day response to >95% incidents within 48 working hours, ie 2 working days. 
• Channels - Can be via Phone, chat (WhatsApp), Zoom or email.
• Installation - Included.

Licence Keys & Updates 

Xeroom licence keys are automatically generated and immediately sent by email with a download link with your order confirmation.  If you have not received it within 5 minutes please check your spam and if not there send a message to [email protected].

7 Day Money-Back Guarantee  - We provide this so you can check that Xeroom does what you need and reduce your risks.  If you are not 100% happy for any reason just email us within 7 days to get a full refund for the licence only ie $197.

Annual Licence Renewals - Xeroom is provided on an annual licence subscription basis of one licence per live website (staging is also included for free). Subscriptions will only renew automatically if you have selected auto-renewal.  You will receive reminders when it is due for renewal one week and days before.  You will also get a notice on the WooCommerce order dash board and the licence will provide 7 days grace period for renewal.

You can renew your existing licence key by entering it at the checkout or get an entirely new key.  Your existing key details and downloads are in your Xeroom account - please login to view them.

Updates -  New features, bug fixes, security holes and enhancements are regularly released by WooCommerce, Xero and ourselves. Unlimited updates are included with our licences free-of-charge.  Latest updates summary info can be found here.

Bug Fix Timescales - We aim to fix and test any bugs in the core Xeroom functionality within 7 working days.  Fixes related to conflicts with themes or plugins will take typically 2-3 weeks.  We don't guarantee Xeroom will be compatible with all plugins but aim for the more popular WooCommerce ones.

Charity Discounts - We offer 20% off this product for charities, clubs and schools .  Please email us from your domain for a discount code.

Xeroom Plugin Installation & Setup

The Xeroom installation and configuration is straightforward and can be handled by any competent IT person who has a good knowledge of both WooCommerce and some basic understanding of Xero.  We have designed it to be as easy as possible to install and configure, and provide detailed step-by-step instructions under: Menu/resource/setup.  Depending on the complexity and any issues arising it will require approx 1-2 hours to set it up and test it properly.

Installation service – We do offer a low-cost fixed-price installation service which we aim to do within 2 working days of ordering.  See separate listing for this.

Xeroom Licence Terms - Small Print

Conflicts with Other Plugins - There are now literally hundreds of plugins and themes available for WooCommerce and it is impossible for us to test and resolve any issues with each one or more working together on the same system. Due to the many simultaneous interactions between 5 or 6 separate apps (Xero, Woocommerce, WordPress, Xeroom, payment gateways, other plugins etc) this can and does happen despite our best efforts with regular testing and bug fixes. We do not guarantee that Xeroom will work with any or all of them and cannot say in advance if they will or will not.

Compatible WooCommerce Plugins - We provide a list here of the WooCommerce plugins that Xeroom has been tested with and confirmed for compatability. Xeroom may work with other untested WooCommerce plugins provided that they don't interfere with the order flow and should work fine with most non-WooCommerce plugins.

System Integration Risk - The various plugins you choose to install and use in your system (ie system integration) are done at your risk and responsibility.  We strongly recommend that you use an IT professional with experience of WooCommerce to set up your site, integrate, test it and resolve any issues arising.

Warranty Disclaimer - We offer Xeroom in good faith and make no warranties here, on our website and support desk about any "fitness-for-purpose" for Xeroom, about what it will do and whether it will perform what you require. The customer is responsible to test the setup an installation to satisfy himself in this respect. 

Support - Support is provided on a "best endevours" basis ie we make our best professional efforts to achieve the service level promised and will prioritize any tickets to the top of the queue but within any practical or unexpected resource constraints and ticket loads that might occur. Unlimited "fair use" no of tickets means a reasonable use of the service by competent professionals to support a properly installed integration environment and setup.
