Options cleared when saving

      Hi,
      Just replied to a topic here where im having the same issue (before i realised support had moved).

      Upon saving settings, only radio options and 1 of the textboxes are saving any values, the rest are cleared, why is this?

      Also, to login to your support, the right hand login bar widget doesnt work (there no captcha/im human tickbox) – I had to goto http://www.xeroom.com/wp-admin to login correctly and see your captcha options.

      Just in reply to your last comment on the wordpress forums, my issue may be slightly different to theres.

      Im not using any Zapier connect plugins, and im not on a multisite network setup.

      But I can confirm only the Shipping/Carriage Costs field saves a number in, and the radio buttons state is saved, everything else including the API keys are cleared.

      Any ideas?

      Hi Mike

      Sorry your support requests are working now, we have just started to use this!

      Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Xeroom. We did have this issue some months ago when a java file version had updated the day we made a release. Can you right mouse click and explore source and in the console see if there are any errors. If there are send me a screenshot. If not please can you create a login for me using [email protected] in your site to take a look (asking for this on the wordpress site would have got me banned for understandable reasons which is why we moved our support over here)?

      Hi Peter,
      Disabling, deleting and reinstalling worked straight away!

      When i am manually trying to post the orders over to xero, i get a popup saying completed successfully, but when i refresh the page, on the right sidebar status, it says failed?

      Under the debug menu, i get a Debug code of 0 for that order?

      Where would be best to start looking as to why it would fail?

      nevermind, i missed a vital step out in that I needed to upload my certificates to the correct directory, fixed and working great, thank you! 🙂
