      Some customers who have used other Xero integration apps are getting the following message and the Xero Connection is not showing green.


      This error is due to having incorrect API keys. You cannot use the same that you used for the WC Xero or any other xero plugin as they are specific to the security certificate and the Xero app registered in Xero. You need to make sure that the certificate supplied with the Xeroom plugin is used to generate your Xero API keys in your own Xero app and that that these keys are then copied into your settings in Xeroom. If they all tie up then the active button goes green.

      The quickest way is to simply recreate new keys using the certificate that is shipped with Xeroom following the procedure given here https://www.xeroom.com/installation-instructions/.
